What WE look for

We’re looking for caregivers who bring professionalism, patience, and reliability to every family they support.

Empathy & Patience

You help create calm, supportive environments — especially when kids are having big feelings or need extra structure.

Childcare Experience

Prior childcare experience is important. We prefer caregivers with at least 2 years of childcare experience and strongly value experience supporting children with developmental, behavioral, medical, sensory, or individualized support needs. Ideal candidates are patient, adaptable, professional, and confident supporting children with a wide range of personalities, routines, and needs.

CPR/First Aid Certification

Safety comes first. We want caregivers to feel confident handling everyday childcare needs.

Background Checks and Clearances

Trust is everything. Families rely on us to ensure caregivers meet strong screening standards before entering their home.
