Balanced Buddies provides companionship, social support, and meaningful engagement for individuals who benefit from a trusted helper by their side. Whether your loved one prefers quiet time at home, structured activities, or community outings, our Buddies provide respectful, age-appropriate support that meets each individual where they are.

Many of our Buddies have backgrounds in childcare, education, behavior support, and related fields. They’re equipped to support neurodivergent teens and young adults and individuals with a wide range of needs.

Every Buddy completes a thorough application, multiple interviews, reference checks, comprehensive background screening, and a caregiver assessment before joining our team.

Families can request Balanced Buddies as-needed or as recurring weekly support through the family portal or app.

Are 14 years or older
Are relatively independent but still benefit from support

Pay a one-time $150 registration fee to complete your onboarding, access your family portal, and use our booking tools.

Request Sessions Anytime
Submit a booking request through your portal or app, and our team will coordinate care with a Buddy who fits your needs. Families may schedule an optional meet-and-greet once a Buddy is assigned.
